Kyle Gurwell is a dedicated Southern California attorney and staunch advocate for consumers. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern School of Law, where he excelled academically and served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. His legal expertise was recognized early in his career, co-authoring two significant amicus appellate briefs submitted to the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kyle’s passion for justice extends beyond the courtroom, as demonstrated by his volunteer work with organizations like Homeboy Industries and A New Way of Life during law school. These experiences shaped his client-first approach, focusing on the needs and rights of individuals.

Having worked across a range of legal environments, including major insurance litigation defense, solo practice, product liability, and partnership in his family’s law firm, Kyle now focuses his practice on consumer-protection civil litigation. He provides strategic advocacy in cases involving inaccurate credit reports or unfair debt colelction (often resulting from identity theft). Kyle also handles matters such as personal injury, products liability, business disputes, and contract issues, always ensuring that his practice aligns with his consumer advocacy principles.

As a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), Kyle is committed to protecting the rights of consumers and ensuring that his practice remains focused on championing the underrepresented and holding businesses accountable.
